2. AGE REQUIREMENT
The website and products are intended only for customers aged 18 or over.
By using the website or ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract.
3. PRODUCTS AND INTENDED PURPOSES
Topical gels and creams must be used only according to their individual product descriptions and labels.
INTENSIFY products are supplied exclusively for controlled laboratory and analytical research.
INTENSIFY products are not for human or animal use and must not be ingested, inhaled, injected, applied topically or otherwise administered.
We do not provide personal-use, dosage or administration instructions.
The inclusion of separate products within the same collection or bundle does not mean they should be combined or used together.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to display accurate product descriptions, images, ingredients, active content, volumes, prices and availability.
Colours, packaging and appearance may vary slightly because of screens, photography or packaging updates.
We may correct errors and contact affected customers.
5. PERSONAL RESULTS
Individual experiences and outcomes vary.
Nothing on the website guarantees a particular personal result.
A different individual outcome does not by itself mean a product is faulty where it remains as described, satisfactory and fit for its stated purpose.
6. ORDERS
An order is an offer to purchase.
It is not accepted until payment is authorised and we confirm acceptance or dispatch.
We may reasonably refuse, suspend or cancel an order involving suspected fraud, unauthorised payment, incorrect pricing, stock errors, technical errors, misuse of discounts, delivery restrictions, suspected unlawful use, purchase contrary to stated purpose or unusually high quantities suggesting unauthorised resale.
When we cancel before supply, we will issue the appropriate refund.
7. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
The final total, delivery charge and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
8. DISCOUNT CODES
Conditions vary by promotion.
Some codes may combine and others may not.
Eligibility, minimum spend, exclusions, expiry and combination rules may be stated with the promotion.
Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied retrospectively unless Bronze Body agrees.
9. DELIVERY
We deliver only to destinations enabled at checkout.
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail from the UK fulfilment location.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed deadlines unless expressly stated.
10. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible customers may cancel within the applicable period.
Opened, used or unsealed products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where the health or hygiene exception applies.
Faulty, damaged, leaking, incorrect, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming products remain covered.

11. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must provide accurate details, read product descriptions and labels, follow storage and handling instructions, use or handle products only for their stated purpose, keep products away from children and not misuse the site, discounts or payment systems.
12. PROHIBITED USES
The website and products must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement, malicious code, fraud, prohibited administration or use, misrepresentation or unauthorised commercial copying.
13. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, branding, graphics, photographs, names and original written material belong to Bronze Body, its legal owner or licensors and may not be commercially copied without permission.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The site may use Shopify, payment processors, analytics, email platforms, app providers and delivery companies with their own terms and privacy practices.
16. LIABILITY
Nothing excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including death or injury caused by negligence, fraud, faulty goods, misdescribed goods or mandatory consumer rights.
To the fullest permitted extent, Bronze Body is not responsible for unforeseeable losses or business losses suffered by a consumer purchaser.
17. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, carrier disruption, industrial action, government restrictions, natural disasters, technical outages or supply-chain disruption.
18. WHOLESALE
Wholesale is not sold through the normal checkout.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms for operational, legal, regulatory or website changes.
The version applying to an order is normally the version available when it was placed.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
The legal seller is registered in the United Arab Emirates and sells to customers in the United Kingdom.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the legal seller at its registered UAE location.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a UK consumer of mandatory rights or protections available under applicable UK consumer law.
Nothing prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in a court available under applicable law.
21. SEVERABILITY
If part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections continue where legally possible.
