Dispatch: orders before 2pm Mon-Fri ship the next working day. Orders after 2pm or at weekends ship the following working day.

Tracking: you'll get a Royal Mail tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Order issues

Late delivery: if Royal Mail tracking shows no movement for 2+ working days from dispatch, message us at hello@bronzebody.co.uk with your order number. We'll chase Royal Mail and either re-send or refund.

Damaged in transit: message us with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement out the same day, no need to return the damaged one.

Wrong product shipped: our mistake, message us. We'll send the correct product out same day. Keep the wrong one or bin it, no need to return.

Address change: if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Message us at hello@bronzebody.co.uk with your order number and the new address.

Refund-or-replacement promise

30-day refund if unopened. If you've changed your mind and the product is unopened, message us within 30 days of delivery. We'll process a full refund (you cover return shipping cost).

Didn't work for you? About 1 in 5 customers don't see results in the first 7 days. We stand by it. Message us within 30 days, we offer two options:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Free replacement Double Strength (Intensify No.2) so you can compare strengths

Your call. No need to return the original, keep it, bin it, or send to a friend. Shipping it back to us costs more than the bottle.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of agreeing them. They land in your original payment method within 3-5 working days (sometimes faster, depends on your bank).

Wholesale & UAE B2B

If you're a salon or distributor interested in wholesale, email kieran@bronzebody.co.uk with subject "Wholesale" and we'll come back within 2 working days.

UAE B2B is a Year 2 priority. If you're a Dubai-based salon, get in touch at the same address.
