The 14-day playbook

Most people leave it too late and end up tanning in airports. The actual playbook starts 14 days before you fly. Three products, simple sequence.

DAY 0-2

Tanning Gel daily

Apply Tanning Gel each evening. Preps the skin and accelerates initial darkness. Don't skip.

DAY 3

Start the Triple Strength

One spray each nostril, before bed. Hot flush is normal for about 1 in 5 people on day 1. Drink water, sleep it off. Day 2 is much milder.

DAY 5

Real colour starts

Tan begins to show. Even, real, melanin-driven (not fake bake). Keep spraying nightly.

DAY 7

Properly there

Your tan has fully landed. Last spray of the Triple. Switch to daily Tanning Cream from here.

DAY 8-14

Lock it in with daily Cream

Daily Tanning Cream stretches the colour another 5 to 7 days. Apply morning or evening. By takeoff, you're properly brown and the colour holds through the trip.

Common questions

Can I take it on holiday with me?
Yes. Pack in hand luggage in the original bottle. Within EU/UK liquid limits. Keep it out of direct heat (don't leave on a sunny dashboard).
What if I'm leaving in less than 14 days?
Skip the Tanning Gel. Start the Triple Strength tonight, daily, until the day before you fly. Cream from day 5 onwards. You'll still be brown by takeoff if you start at least 7 days out.
What if it doesn't work for me?
We say up front about 1 in 5 people don't see results in the first 7 days. If that's you, message hello@bronzebody.co.uk and we'll either refund or send a Double Strength to compare. Your call.
Will the tan last my whole holiday?
Yes if you use the Cream daily. The tan from one bottle of Triple Strength holds for ~10-14 days after you finish the bottle. Daily Cream stretches that to ~21 days. So a 7-night holiday is no problem; a 14-night holiday with daily Cream usage is fine.
