Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any of our items.


Why We Do Not Accept Returns:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot resell tanning products once they leave our facility.

To ensure the highest quality, we do not accept opened or unopened items.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email], including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if necessary, send a replacement.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order is shipped, Bronze Body Tanning is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the courier. If your tracking shows a delay or loss, please contact DPD directly for assistance.
