RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

For optimal results, begin with 2 squirts into each nostril daily for 7 days along side sun exposure (sunbed or sunlight)

This initial dosage typically achieves your desired colour. 

After reaching your desired tan, you can reduce the frequency to maintain your tan as needed. 

If you prefer a deeper tan, you may continue the daily dosage.
